• We seek in helping the vendors to get the work from justlooking.in who are honest, hardworking and provide the best work to its customers.
• Justlooking.in does not take any type of commissions or payments from vendors. As justlooking.in believes that every vendor should earn as per their work. All the quotation and rates are provided by the vendors with the assurance of providing the best work and justlooking.in does not create any kind of pressure on the vendors regarding rates provided by the vendors.
• Justlooking.in only provide genuine vendors as these vendors are representatives of justlooking.in we wish that all the vendors enlisted here are able to win the hearts of the customers through their services.
• Justlooking.in wishes that all the customers are satisfied with the services therefore justlooking.in encourages customers to discuss the rates before the service starts, as it’s the customer’s right to be informed about all the options and rates for the services and gets the best services.
• Justlooking.in thrives to provide the best services to the customers. We assure our customers that all the vendors enlisted here are well experienced in their respective fields.
• We want to inform our customers that justlooking.in provides the best vendors to the customers, but meeting and getting the work experience of all the vendors personally is not possible for us. Justlooking.in is just a platform which helps vendors to meet new customers.
• All the vendors registered with justlooking.in are well experienced in their respective fields though they are not certified from any government organization.
• Justlooking.in would like to inform their customers that as justlooking.in is an open platform it is not possible for the management to meet all the vendors registered here personally. Justlooking.in does assure its customers that the vendors enlisted here are best in their fields and will definitely provide the satisfactory service.
• Justlooking.in takes a nominal registration fee (non-refundable) and monthly subscription charge from vendors as it helps to filter the genuine vendors who are actually looking to provide service.
• Justlooking.in does not fix any types of rate for any work. Justlooking.in does not take any type of commissions from its vendors for any work or service. As our motto is to provide a platform for vendors and customers to meet each other. The quoted rates by the vendors are in no way influenced by juslooking.in therefore the customer is open to negotiate the rates with the vendor before the service starts. It is solely customer’s decision whether they wish to take the service from the vendor or not. Justlooking.in will in no way interfere with the decision made by the customer. It will be entirely customer’s responsibility to take the service from the vendor.
• Justlooking.in will only provide the customer with the contact details of the vendors. Justlooking.in will not be held responsible in case the customer is not satisfied with the service provided by the vendor. As justlooking.in provides one or multiple vendor contact details to its customer, it is entirely customer’s choice and wish with whom they want to take the service and at which rate.
• All the customers registered on justlooking.in have done it through their own free will. Justlooking.in does not create any type of force on its customers for registration. Therefore justlooking.in would like to clarify that using the facilities of justlooking.in is entirely on the wish of the customer whether to use any type of service from the vendors enlisted at justlooking.in. Justlooking.in will not be held liable in case of any type of dissatisfaction in the service.
• Justlooking.in would like to inform its customers and vendors that justlooking.in is an open platform where the customers can find vendors for different types of services. Therefore justlooking.in expects its vendors to provide the best service at reasonable prices.
• Justlooking.in would like to inform it’s vendors that at the time of registration the vendors needs to upload documents such as aadhar card or any photo ID for verification. In case management finds any type of issue or issues with the ID, the management will notify the vendor. The vendor needs to submit new ID proof within 24-48 hrs. Fail in doing so the management will deactivate the vendors account on temporary basis for 10 days. After 10 days the account will be blocked by the management and the registration fee submitted by the vendor will not be refunded in any case.
• Justlooking.in would like to inform its vendors that justlooking.in is a service provider. Therefore we take our customers complaints very seriously. Any vendors who will get 3-4 complaints from customer will be given warning. After 3 warnings the account of that particular vendor will be deactivated/ blocked and the registration fee submitted by the vendor will not be refunded.
• Justlooking.in values both its customers as well as its vendors. Justlooking.in is just a platform which helps in connecting the vendors with customers. As justlooking.in does not ask any type of commissions from its vendor. It is the vendors wish and responsibility whether to accept the work from the particular client and fix the rates for the service. Justlooking.in will not be held liable for any type of dispute between vendors and customer in regards of fixing rates or receiving payments.
• Justlooking.in is asking for Photo ID proof for the verification purpose only. There is no agenda of leaking of data of the vendors.
• Justlooking.in is just a platform for vendors to meet new customers. It is totally up to the vendors wish whether to accept the work of particular customer or not. Justlooking.in will not create any kind of pressure on its vendors for accepting any particular work neither will fix any type of rates on behalf of the vendors.
• Justlooking.in is a service provider application which helps vendors meet new customers. It will be totally vendor’s choice to accept the work equally it will be customer’s choice whether to hire the service of any vendor enlisted here. Justlooking.in will not be held responsible morally and legally in case of any kind of dispute between both the parties.
